MLS is relatively new in Puerto Rico and limited to
approximately 350 local brokers. TDS maintains and consistently
updates a database of regional brokers that exceeds
1,000 companies, agents and brokers.
The office policy mandates that all listings be available
for co-broke with all licensed real estate practitioners,
as this is keeping with serving the best interest of
our customers.
Our "Co Broke or Go Broke" attitude is what
we truly believe and we go all out to maintain the island
brokers informed of our listing inventory. REALTORS
®, Agents and Brokers in Puerto Rico can confirm
our attitude towards co broke
If you are a Realtor ®, an Agent, or a Broker,

updates, please send us an e-mail subject header CO
BROKE and include in the body of your message, your
name, Real Estate License, Mailing Address (Z/Code included!),
Tel. and Fax Number!
*TDS maintains the right to modify or adjust the
terms of the Listing Agreement, including commission,
with owners of properties.
